wearpur.com is operated by PUR LLC (referred to as "PUR," "we," "our," or "us" in this policy).

  • Waitlist data: email address submitted to the waitlist endpoint (`/api/subscribe`).
  • Contact data: name, email address, and message when information is sent to the contact endpoint (`/api/contact`).
  • Operational error data: limited server-side error logging for failed contact submissions.

  • Directly from you when you submit waitlist or contact information.
  • Through server-side processing needed to validate and handle those submissions.

4. How We Use Information

  • To process waitlist signups and manage launch communications.
  • To respond to contact inquiries and support requests.
  • To monitor and troubleshoot service or email-delivery issues.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on this site. A cookie consent banner is displayed on your first visit — analytics and advertising cookies are only activated after you accept.

  • Google Analytics (GA4): we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site (pages visited, session duration, traffic sources). Data is collected anonymously and processed by Google. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.

  • Infrastructure cookies: our hosting provider (Vercel) may set technical cookies as part of normal site operations.

6. Sharing with Service Providers

  • Resend: contact form submissions may be transmitted through Resend to deliver support email notifications.
  • Vercel: the site is hosted on Vercel, which may process request handling and technical logs as part of infrastructure operation.
  • Google LLC: analytics data is processed by Google via Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: advertising and conversion data is processed by Meta via the Meta Pixel.

    If you join the waitlist, you may receive launch and product updates. You can opt out through unsubscribe instructions in those communications or by contacting us at support@wearpur.com.

    8. Data Retention

    We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. Specifically:

    • Waitlist data is retained until the waitlist program concludes or for up to 2 years from collection, whichever is sooner.
    • Contact inquiry data is retained for up to 1 year from the date of submission.

    You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@wearpur.com.

    9. Data Security

    We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your personal information. No method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

    10. Your Privacy Rights

    Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

    11. Children's Privacy

    The site is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at support@wearpur.com and we will promptly delete it.
